A wedding quote starts with good recipes.
Start with the price of one.
Use the free floral pricing calculator to cost one bouquet, centerpiece, or ceremony design. Enter your wholesale stem costs, supplies, design time, and materials multiplier. The selling price you choose becomes the “price each” in this wedding worksheet.
This event calculator multiplies finished-design prices by quantities. It does not add another markup or another charge for the design labor already included in those prices. That keeps the arrangement and event calculations easy to trace.
Make the room count.
Use the venue’s seating plan to establish the number of guest tables. The guest-count helper rounds up guests divided by seats per table, assuming one centerpiece per table. Long tables, grouped bud vases, and several floral moments on one table need a different arrangement count.
Remember the head table, welcome table, bars, cake flowers, and cocktail tables. Count designs that need to be made, even when they share a space. A room with 15 tables does not necessarily need only 15 floral pieces.

The 15 centerpieces represent more than half of the floral-design subtotal in this example. Revising the centerpiece recipe can therefore change the quote more than a small change to the bridal bouquet. Compare the complete design and service scope before promising a reduced total.
The details that deserve their own line.
Delivery, installation & strike
Separate design labor from the work at the venue. Loading, driving, unloading, installation, waiting time, and returning to collect rentals can require different staff and time allowances. Enter the fee you intend to quote for this event; this worksheet does not work out travel distance or labor schedules.
Rentals & mechanics
If a vessel is already included in a centerpiece price, avoid adding it again as a rental. List hired structures, rental inventory, or other event fees separately when your arrangement prices do not cover them.
Repurposing ceremony flowers
Count a physical arrangement once if it will move from ceremony to reception. Include the team, transport, and time needed to move it in your services. If the locations or timing require a second set of flowers, it is a second design quantity.

Is this calculator for florists or couples?+
It is designed for independent wedding and event florists with their own design prices. Couples can use it to organize quoted prices, but it cannot predict a florist’s quote from guest count alone.
Does the wedding flower calculator include tax?+
No. The displayed total is before tax. Delivery, installation, rentals, and other fees are included only when you enter them. Calculate any applicable tax separately in your invoicing workflow.
How do I price different centerpiece styles?+
Calculate each design separately. If you need several styles within one category, total those designs outside this simple worksheet or use Studio’s event line items to keep each recipe separate. Do not use an average price unless it reflects the actual mix.
Can I save or download this wedding estimate for free?+
Yes. Download the CSV without signing up. Entries in this worksheet are not saved to your account or restored after leaving the page. Studio adds saved events and revision history.
Can I turn the quote total into a flower order?+
A selling-price total does not contain the stem quantities needed to order flowers. Build arrangement recipes first, then scale each flower with the free stem calculator or combine event recipes in Studio’s purchasing list.
