The free calculator

Your unsaved arrangement is held in your browser. Drafts can be temporarily kept in browser session storage when you move through signup. PDF and CSV worksheets are generated in your browser.

Your saved studio

When you create an account, Google’s authentication service handles your email and password. Stemwork uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Recipes and events you choose to save are stored in Google Cloud and associated with your account.

Subscriptions and payments

If you choose to subscribe, Stripe handles your checkout, payment details, invoices, and billing management. Stemwork stores your trial dates, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and subscription status to manage Studio access. Card numbers do not pass through our app server.

Optional usage analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and actions such as using the calculator, downloading a worksheet, creating an account, and saving a recipe. Our analytics events exclude email addresses, client names, recipe notes, supplier details, and prices. Google processes usage and device information through its analytics service.

You can choose Necessary only or change your choice using Cookie settings on any page. Declining analytics does not affect the calculator or studio. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
