The small things that add up.
Add consumable supplies such as ribbon, floral tape, wire, vessels, and mechanics. Use the amount consumed by this design. A roll of ribbon and two yards of ribbon are different purchase and usage units.

With a 2.5× materials multiplier, the suggested price is $110. The included cost is $53; the remaining $57 must still contribute to overhead and anything not entered in the recipe.

Where do the wholesale flower prices come from?+
You enter them. Stemwork does not supply a live wholesale price feed. Use your supplier’s current quote for the specific variety, grade, color, and delivery date you need.
Is the suggested price the profit I will make?+
No. The suggested price is a selling-price estimate from the costs and pricing rules you enter. The difference from included costs still needs to cover expenses outside the recipe. Use the florist pricing guide to compare markup and margin.
Can I calculate a full wedding here?+

Can I change the currency?+
The current calculator and worksheets display USD. There is no currency conversion. Enter costs consistently in USD and prepare any applicable tax, delivery, installation, or other event fees separately.
